Tomato guts?

I'm making tomato sauce - I've turned a bunch of tomatoes into 7 cups of tomato for sauce, about a cup of skins and tops and about 3 cups of seeds and juice.  Anyone have anything yummy to do with the seeds and juice?  Last time I tried using it in the sauce, but it just didn't come out very good... It seems like I should be able to use it for *something* though!

I recommend adding tomato sauce to cous cous or risotto, lovely!

Oooh.. couscous cooked with tomato juice! That sounds great! I thought about cooking rice with it, but it just didn't sound as good... Risotto sounds good, too..

Put it in soup or if you bake bread use a little of it instead of the water.
